  4.    Usage:   
  5.      This program will play one or more digitized sounds.  The digitized
  6.      sounds must be in 8SVX IFF format.

  8.    Syntax:  
  9.      PLAY8SVX filename [-n] [+s] [@v] [ filename [-n] [+s] [@v] ...]

  11.    Where:
  12.      n - is the the number of times to repeat the sample.
  13.      s - is the speed (in samples per second) at which to play the sample.
  14.      v - is the volume for playing the sample.

  16.    New to 4.0:
  17.      - can now play samples up to 512K.  Old versions had trouble with
  18.             samples longer than 128K.
